The application process for this year’s Space Camp consists of two rounds. 

The application deadline for the first round of ESC 2023 is February 14th 23:59 CET. You can update your application as many times as you like before the deadline. Please make sure that you are able to submit an application before the last day, we cannot guarantee to help everyone hours before the deadline. 

For the first round of the application process you need to upload the following materials:

• 2-2.5 minute video of yourself (.mp4 format) telling us 
  • who you are
  • what you do in your spare time
  • where you see yourself in 20 years
  • why do you want to go to ESC
  • and other things you want to tell us. Feel free to be creative!
• a 1 page CV
• Proof of English proficiency (not applicable to native speakers). Alternatively, if you don’t have a proof of English Proficiency from an official test, you have to get a reference letter from your English teacher

Please merge the CV and the proof of English Proficiency into one PDF file.

Due to the number of applicants we need more time to evaluate everything. Therefore we have delayed letting you know if you made it to the second round to March 13th.

The second round of the application process will contain of the following tasks:

• short questions that you’ll have to answer in an online form
• a small building challenge
• a transcript of your lates grades
• two letters of recommendation 
• a 1 page CV
